Weekly Yoga on Campus
Weekly free face-to-face yoga sessions for employees on the Campus (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Yoga sessions every Tuesday and Wednesdays in the Heart and Lung Research Institute (HLRI), next door to Royal Papworth Hospital and opposite AstraZeneca’s Discovery Centre.
Times:
Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5.15-6.30pm
These classes are open to all who wish to explore themselves through the framework of body and breath. Each session offers a space for deep self-study through precise alignment, embodied sensing, and meditative inquiry.
Rooted in contemplative traditions that explore interdependence, deep listening, and the awareness underlying all experience, this practice invites us to drop beneath habitual notions and touch the direct reality of body, breath, and being. It is an invitation to rest in that which remains untouched by change, while studying ourselves through feeling, sensing, and becoming present to what is.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, but a willingness to engage deeply with your own experience is essential.
Please note only employees of organisations on the Campus can attend. Sessions are free of charge but re-registration is required so book your spot now. Please only book 4 weeks in advance.
No special clothing required – just turn up in comfortable clothing with a yoga mat.
